一、DYX型低壓氧氣放散消聲器

1、結(jié)構(gòu)型式：本消聲器是一種節(jié)流擴(kuò)散與耐熱吸聲相結(jié)合的復(fù)合型消聲器，內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)采用了抗燃性能優(yōu)良的不銹鋼。

2、適用范圍：主要用于降低空氣分離裝置和氧氣壓縮機(jī)后放散氧氣時產(chǎn)生的動力性噪聲，適用壓力≤1.0MPa，消聲量：30-40dB（A），使用溫度≤200°C。

1 Structure: This silencer is a kind of combination silencer with throttle and depressure, heat resistance and sound absorption function. The inner shell is made of heat resistant stainless steel.
2 Application: Used to reduce the noise of oxygen compressor with pressure ≤1.0MPa, noise reduction volume: 30-40dB（A）, temperature≤200°C.

二、高爐風(fēng)機(jī)配套進(jìn)排氣消聲器

高壓離心通風(fēng)機(jī)及軸流風(fēng)機(jī)是我國工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中應(yīng)用十分廣泛的機(jī)械設(shè)備之一，其運行時噪聲巨大，實測聲級約100~120dBA，噪聲污染十分嚴(yán)重。實測結(jié)果表明，高壓通風(fēng)機(jī)在運行時，其空氣動力性噪聲要比機(jī)械噪聲高10~20dBA，因此，安裝消聲器以降低其空氣動力性噪聲是十分必要的。

我公司為西安陜鼓動力股份有限公司消聲器的專業(yè)配套生產(chǎn)企業(yè)，生產(chǎn)過程嚴(yán)格按照陜鼓標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行，嚴(yán)格的質(zhì)量控制體系，保證我公司生產(chǎn)的每一臺消聲器都是合格產(chǎn)品，用戶可放心使用。

我公司生產(chǎn)的高爐鼓風(fēng)機(jī)消聲器可分為進(jìn)氣消聲器和排氣消聲器兩種，適用風(fēng)量500~21000m3/min，消聲量從30~50dBA，用戶可根據(jù)所需風(fēng)量及形式選擇消聲器。

我公司生產(chǎn)的消聲器均配對法蘭及緊固件，現(xiàn)場安裝時只需把消聲器的配對法蘭與現(xiàn)場管道焊接，后用螺栓擰緊即可，放空消聲器的安裝只要把消聲器的支座與現(xiàn)場支架采用螺栓連接即可。

Blast furnace blower fan inlet and outlet gas silencer

High pressure centrifugal blower and axial flow fan are widely applied mechanical equipments with huge noise. Actually sound level could be 100~120dBA which cause severe noise pollution. After checking, when high pressure blower is running, its air dynamic characteristics noise is 10~20dBA higher than that of mechanical noise. Therefore, it is necessary to install filter to diminish its air dynamic characteristic noise.
Our company is the qualified complementary company for Xian Shangu Dynamic Share Com., Ltd. The producing process is strictly according to Shangu Standards, which ensure that each qualified silencer can be used without worry.
This type of silencer has two kinds: inlet silencer and discharge silencer. Suitable air flow from 500 to 21000 m 3 /min and noise reduced from 30~50dBA.
All silencers are matched with flange and fixing. When assemble on site, first welding counter flange and pipeline then fasten bolts; when assembly vent silencer, only need connect through bolt silencer bearing and bracket on site.

2、 適用范圍：本系列消聲器適用于降低氧氣壓縮機(jī)后放散氧氣時產(chǎn)生的動力性噪聲?！　?/span>

KODP oxygen diffusing silencer

1 Structure: This series silencer is one kind of ampliative impedance compound silencer, with internal structure made of well heatproof stainless steel and aluminum alloy.
2 Applicable scope: This series silencer is suitable for reducing kinetic noise produced by diffusing oxygen of oxygen compressor.

五、KYX型空壓機(jī)配套消聲器　　

1、 結(jié)構(gòu)型式：本系列消聲器采用阻性吸聲段與抗性段相結(jié)合的阻抗復(fù)合型消聲器，可與不同風(fēng)量的空壓機(jī)相配套?！　?/span>

2、 適用范圍：KYX型消聲器主要用于降低空壓機(jī)進(jìn)排氣口產(chǎn)生的空氣動力性噪聲，阻損小于200Pa，消聲量≥25dB（A）　　

KYX air compressor compatible silencer

1 Structure : This series silencer adopts impedance compound silencer consisting of resistant sound absorption section and anti-section , and it can be compatible with air compressors with different amount of wind load .
2 Applicable scope: This KYX silencer is mainly used in reducing air kinetic noise produced at the inlet and outlet of air compressor, with a loss ≤200Pa and noise elimination ≥25dB(A) .

六、ZX系列小孔噴注消聲器　　

ZX系列小孔噴注消聲器系九十年代研制、開發(fā)的新一代降噪產(chǎn)品，它根據(jù)大孔降壓小孔噴注消聲的原理，通過優(yōu)化設(shè)計，其降噪指標(biāo)、安全性能和使用壽命遠(yuǎn)優(yōu)于目前市場上同類產(chǎn)品，可更好的滿足電力、冶金、石油、化工、紡織、造紙、食品等工業(yè)的低壓、中壓、次高壓、高壓、超高壓、亞臨界、超臨界等參數(shù)的各種鍋爐、壓力容器管道排汽(氣)放空及其安全閥、釋放閥排汽(氣)的降噪需要。

與國內(nèi)、外同類產(chǎn)品相比，本系列大孔降壓消聲器具有以下獨特優(yōu)點：　　

(1)消聲量大。ZXB子系列達(dá)到40dB(A)，ZXC子系列達(dá)30dB(A)(均已考慮指向性修正)；

 ZX series Porous Diffusion Silencer

ZX series porous diffusion silencer is researched and developed in 1990, under the principle of big hole depressure spray silence and through optimal design, its noise lowering index and service time are far excellent than its counterpart on market at present, which can better meet noise-lowering requirement of all kinds of boiler with parameters of low pressure, middle pressure, sub-high pressure, high pressure, super-high pressure and subcritical in many fields such as electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, textile, papering and foodstuff, pressure vessel pipeline gas let empty and its safe valve and discharge valve gas let.
Compared with its counterpart at home and abroad, this series big opening pressure decreasing silencer possesses the following special benefits:
